Full job description Overview We are a boutique, family owned and run business, providing tailored care to dogs This full or part time position was created for individuals whose goal it is to support and GROW with our business. Prioritizing the health, happiness, and safety to the dogs in our care is just the beginning. We are looking for someone who can be a floater between both AM &PM Shift. Handler must be comfortable being able to do any and all shifts: closing or opening shifts, and we our weekend. After training is completed, some shifts you will be working independently, so we are looking for strong candidates able to thrive as part of a team and on their own. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate dog lover to join our team as a Dog Daycare & Boarding Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and supervision for dogs in a daycare and boarding setting. Your primary focus will be to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for all of our pups while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and care. Responsibilities Maintain knowledge regarding dog behavior and health and take action accordingly. Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including regular cleaning both indoor and outdoor. Administer basic care such as feeding, watering, and administering medications as directed by management. Assist with brushing and bathing as needed. Communicate effectively with management and entire team regarding any news or dog related updates. Keep accurate records of each dog's activities, health status, and any incidents that occur during the day. Work sufficiently as part of a team and on your own. Skills Strong knowledge of animal care practices and dog handling techniques. Experience in working with dogs required. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners. Ability to handle various breeds of dogs with confidence and care. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work proactively on your own and as part of a team. Requirements Reliable transportation is
