Our mission is to build meaningful, lifelong relationships with pets, their people, and our incredible team.What You'll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on, active role perfect for someone who loves dogs and doesn't mind getting their paws dirty: Walking, feeding, bathing, and snuggling our furry guests Supervising group play (think recess, but fluffier) Cleaning and sanitizing kennels, dishes, laundry, and play areas Maintaining a calm, safe, and odor-free environment Delivering exceptional service to pet parents Bonus if you're familiar with vaccinations, medications, and basic veterinary care, but it's not required.Who We're Looking For:
You're our ideal teammate if you are: Self-motivated and goal-oriented Calm and patient even when it's a three-dog-night Friendly with people and animals alike A clear communicator and reliable team player Able to multi-task and stay upbeat in a high-energy settingPhysical & Availability Requirements:
Comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays (Flexibility is key because we run on puppy time!)
