Dog Adventure Hiker (Paid Outdoor Job Flexible Schedule)

At DogCentric Society, we don't do traditional daycare. We take dogs on real outdoor adventures. We're hiring someone who wants to get paid to hike, work with dogs, and be outside — every day. Job Looks Like:

Lead small groups of dogs on structured outdoor hikes Be on your feet and moving most of the day (2-4 miles) Transport dogs safely to and from trails Maintain calm, controlled pack behavior Take photos + updates for clients

Schedule:

Mix of weekdays and weekends Typical shifts fall between 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Some flexibility required depending on bookings Opportunity for additional hours (boarding, check-ins, etc.)

Pay:

$19.50-$22.50/hour depending on performance Pay increases after 90 days

Requirements:

Important:

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role. You will be walking several miles per day and working in the Austin heat. If you're looking for something easy or low-effort, this is not the right fit.
