Job Description

We're Hiring:
Professional Dog Trainer Carlisle K9 Dog Training | Conroe, Texas Do you have a passion for dogs, a strong work ethic, and a desire to help owners build better relationships with their dogs? We're looking for a motivated Dog Trainer to join our growing team at Carlisle K9 Dog Training.
What You'll Be Doing:
Training dogs in obedience, behavior modification, and real-world manners Working hands-on with a variety of breeds, ages, and temperaments Teaching owners how to communicate effectively with their dogs Exercising, handling, and caring for dogs in training programs Maintaining training records and providing progress updates Supporting kennel operations and ensuring dogs receive excellent care
What We're Looking For:
✔ Previous dog training experience required ✔Must be willing to talk to clients and coach clients ✔ Strong communication and customer service skills ✔ Ability to safely handle dogs of all sizes and breeds ✔ Reliable transportation and punctuality ✔ Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to learn ✔ Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather and stay active throughout the day
