This position is responsible for moving dogs throughout the building, assisting with baths, maintaining clean playrooms, and supporting front desk operations during drop-off and pick-up. This is a hands-on, active role that requires attention to detail, consistency, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Safely escort dogs from the front desk to their assigned playrooms Safely perform meet and greets for new dogs Retrieve dogs for pet parents during pick-up Assist with dog baths and basic grooming services Perform bucket (chemical) change-outs in playrooms to maintain sanitation standards Support overall cleanliness of the facility, including playrooms and common areas Follow Dogtopia safety and handling procedures at all times Communicate effectively with front desk and team members Requirements Must be comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments Ability to be on your feet and active for extended periods Comfortable with cleaning, sanitation, and handling chemicals safely Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Weekend availability required Previous experience with dogs is a plus, but not required
