Full Job Description Job Summary:
Pawtastic Doodles is seeking caring, responsible individuals or families to join our Guardian Home Program. As a Dog Guardian, you'll raise one of our elite dogs in your home while we maintain breeding rights. After her breeding career (up to 6 litters), ownership will transfer to you. You'll receive a high-value dog at no cost , and professional dog training through Baxer & Bellah all while participating in a responsible and loving breeding program.
Responsibilities:
Raise and care for one of our dogs in your home Keep the dog safe, healthy, and well-socialized Transport the dog to Layton, UT for breeding and vet visits Use Bayview Vet (Layton, UT) exclusively for medical needs Monitor and report heat cycles Temporarily surrender the dog during whelping (approx. 4-6 weeks per litter) Cover food and routine at-home care (veterinary expenses for breeding and routine care are paid by breeder)
Requirements:
Must live within 60 miles of Layton, UT Willing to coordinate with breeder and follow care guidelines No unneutered male dogs in the household Must notify breeder of vacations or travel that may overlap with heat cycles Elective procedures (like spaying) not permitted without written breeder consent Must agree to participate in professional training with Baxer & Bellah Fenced yard preferred but not required
What You'll Receive:
A professionally trained, high-value cavapoo or doodle $1,000 compensation per litter of 2+ viable puppies Paid vet care through Bayview Vet for routine and breeding-related needs Full legal ownership of the dog after her breeding career ends Continued support from our breeder and training partners
