Job Description
Ridgeside K9 Charlottesville is expanding and looking for a skilled, motivated dog trainer to join our team as an independent contractor. This is an ideal position for trainers who thrive in a hands-on, results-driven environment and want the flexibility of working from their own home while being supported by an established, reputable brand. As a contract trainer, you'll work with dogs in your own home, providing a fully immersive training experience. You'll take in board-and-train clients, following our proven balanced training systems, while also maintaining the personalized care and structure that ensures long-term results. Our admin team handles client acquisition, scheduling, and support so you can focus on what you do best—training dogs.
