Jax Dog Drop Redmond is an all-inclusive, kennel-free daycare and boarding facility located in downtown Redmond. We provide a safe, enriching, and fun environment for friendly dogs of all breeds. With multiple indoor playrooms and outdoor yards, our team ensures a high-quality experience for both dogs and their humans.

What We're Looking For:

We're currently hiring responsible, hard-working, and dog-savvy individuals to join our team for morning and afternoon/evening shifts. This is a physically active and fast-paced job—not just playing with dogs. Ideal candidates are passionate about dogs and understand the importance of safety, cleanliness, teamwork, and professionalism. We especially welcome applicants with prior dog handling experience. Availability on weekends and holidays is required. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Actively supervising and managing groups of dogs to ensure safe play Reading dog body language and intervening when necessary Cleaning up after dogs and maintaining a clean, sanitized facility Following safety and handling protocols at all times Providing excellent customer service when checking dogs in/out Assisting with feeding, medication, and other care routines Accurately documenting behavior and incidents Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable being on your feet for long periods Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Reliable, punctual, and communicative Previous dog handling experience is a plus but not required

Compensation & Advancement:

Entry-level starting at $18.50/hour $19-$19.50/hour after 90-day evaluation (or sooner based on performance) $19.75-$21.00/hour after 6 months with proven skills and reliability Opportunities for advancement into Lead Handler and Supervisor roles Why Join Jax?
