Your primary responsibility will be to supervise, care for, and interact with dogs of various breeds and sizes. This position requires a genuine love for animals and the ability to handle them with care and respect. You are expected to be able to comfortably manage a group of 15-20 dogs (varies by day). Prior experience is preferred , but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Must be available 6:45am to 1pm Monday through Friday, possibility for more hours if wanted
  • NOT A SEASONAL POSITION
  • Pay is determined by experience and availability
  • Duties
  • Supervise dogs during playtime to ensure safety and proper behavior.
  • Engage in play activities to promote socialization and exercise among dogs.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the daycare facility, including kennels and play areas.
  • Monitor the health and behavior of dogs, reporting any concerns to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures. Qualifications
  • Experience in dog training or knowledge of animal behavior is preferred.
  • Previous experience in pet sitting, animal handling, or veterinary settings is a plus.
  • Ability to handle various dog breeds safely and effectively.
  • Knowledge of animal restraint techniques is beneficial.
  • A passion for animal care and welfare is essential.
This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing excellent care for pets while creating a fun and safe environment for them to thrive.
