This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors and wants to make a meaningful difference through beauty, grooming, and personal care. The ideal candidate will be patient, friendly, organized, and comfortable working with elderly residents, including individuals who may have limited mobility or special care needs.

Pay:

Commission-based Responsibilities include: Providing haircuts, shampoos, styling, roller sets, perms, color services, and basic grooming services Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary salon area Creating a positive and respectful experience for each resident Following all safety, infection control, and facility guidelines Communicating professionally with residents, families, and facility staff Keeping accurate records of services provided and payments, when required

Requirements:

Valid cosmetology license Experience working with seniors preferred, but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Patience, compassion, and professionalism Ability to assist residents with care and comfort during services Must be reliable and able to work independently We are looking for someone who understands that this role is more than just doing hair.
