Cosmetologist

Blush Hair and Spa is seeking talented and passionate hairstylists to join our dynamic team at our upscale hair salon and spa. As a hair specialist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair care services to our clients. This includes cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair to enhance their natural beauty. • Provide exceptional hair care services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and coloring
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
• Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments to clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth salon operation Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology license
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
• Proficient in color theory and various hair coloring techniques
• Apply color theory knowledge to achieve desired hair colors and highlights
• Strong skills in hair styling, including blowouts, updos, and braiding
• Experience in hair extensions and nail care is preferred
• Familiarity with store management practices is an advantage
• Proficient in hair threading techniques
• Basic understanding of retail math for product sales
