Quality Braids by Grace is looking for a skilled, reliable braider to join our Little Rock team. Bring your talent — we'll bring the clients. Why braiders like working with us: Keep 60% of every completed service, plus 100% of your tips We supply the hair and materials — no upfront cost to you You set your own availability, and we schedule clients within it — you're not starting from zero building a client list Open 7 days a week, 9 AM-7 PM, so you can pick hours that actually work for your life Hands-on coaching from Grace when you want to sharpen a technique More reliability and availability = more clients and higher earning potential over time Pay is commission-based, tied to completed services rather than a flat hourly rate — actual earnings depend on how many bookings you take and complete. What we're looking for: Comfortable braiding independently — you don't need to be an expert, but you need a solid foundation Clean, consistent work: neat parts, even tension, polished finishing Reliable and on time, every time you're scheduled Open to feedback and coaching Professional and easy to work with, for clients and teammates alike A plus if you're confident in knotless braids, box braids, boho knotless, or other in-demand styles Ready to apply? — takes about 5-10 minutes and lets us see your work and availability so we can get back to you quickly.

Pay:

$30.00 - $60.00 per hour
