Multiple Gateway Barbershop locations across Gilbert, Queen Creek, and theEast Valley Pay:
Commission based- 55% on haircuts and 10% on product sales
Schedule:
Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week About Gateway Barbershop Gateway Barbershop is hiring 3-4 barbers across our East Valley shops. We are a busy, professional barbershop built around clean work, consistency, client relationships, and respect for the craft. Our shops serve steady appointment traffic, walk-ins, families, and long-time clients throughout Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan, and the surrounding East Valley. The right barber will have room to build their book, grow with the team, and be part of a shop that takes pride in doing things the right way. What We Are Looking For We are looking for barbers who are: Professional, reliable, and punctual Skilled in fades, tapers, beard work, kids cuts, and classic men's cuts Customer-focused with strong communication skills Clean, organized, and consistent at the chair Team-oriented and respectful of the shop culture Hungry to grow their clientele and improve their craft Responsibilities Provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services Create a welcoming experience for every client Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation Follow shop policies and state health regulations Show up on time and ready for scheduled shifts Support the team and represent Gateway professionally Requirements Barber license or cosmetology license preferred Strong barber school candidates may still apply Experience is preferred, but work ethic and attitude matter Ability to manage your chair and work independently Professional appearance, communication, and attitude Portfolio, Instagram, or photos of recent work encouraged What We Offer Steady walk-in and appointment traffic Four East Valley locations with growing client demand Marketing support to help build your clientele Clean, professional shop environment Supportive team culture Flexible scheduling options Long-term growth opportunity How to Apply Apply through Indeed or visit: https://www.gatewaybarbershop.com/careers You may also stop by any Gateway Barbershop location to apply in person.Pay:
