The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various hair services and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients. Responsibilities Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims with precision and attention to detail. Provide hair styling services, including hair extensions and threading techniques. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate styles or treatments. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair care and styling techniques to offer clients the best options. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment. Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products and services to clients. Utilize Squire software for appointment scheduling and client management. Mentor junior staff members by sharing knowledge and skills related to barbering techniques. Apply color theory principles when providing coloring services to ensure desired results. Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business. Qualifications Proven experience as a Cosmetologist with a valid up to date license From any of the 50 US states. Proficient in various hair cutting techniques, styling, and grooming services. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients about their preferences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire for continuous learning and improvement.
