This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity ideal for a cosmetologist who enjoys working with older adults and creating a positive, comfortable experience for residents. Responsibilities Provide haircuts and basic hair services to residents approximately once per week. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment while providing services. Communicate respectfully and compassionately with residents. Provide individualized attention based on each resident's preferences and needs. Follow all applicable facility policies and state licensing requirements. Maintain appropriate infection-control and sanitation practices. Qualifications Active Cosmetology or Barber license in good standing in the state of AZ. Previous experience providing services to senior or long-term-care residents is preferred. Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor. Comfortable working with older adults and individuals who may require additional assistance or accommodations. Must be able to provide services independently and bring necessary professional tools and supplies. Schedule Independent Contractor (1099) 1 day/week Schedule to be coordinated with the facility based on resident needs.
