Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, coloring, threading, and sanitation practices to foster a collaborative environment. Experience Valid cosmetology or barbering license with current certification required. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in barbering techniques including straight razor shaving and hair styling. Familiarity with salon software platforms such as MINDBODY or similar systems for scheduling and client management. Knowledge of color theory, hair coloring techniques, and advanced styling methods including hair extensions and nail care. Experience working with diverse client needs related to hair care, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and retail sales strategies. Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members while providing exceptional customer service.
