Job Description
Crown Heirs Hair Den is a holistic, faith-centered natural hair salon built on one idea: your scalp is your soil, your strands are your harvest. We're looking for a licensed stylist who treats hair care as a craft worth mastering, not just a service to get through. This isn't a chair-rental shop. You'll be part of a commission-based team with a real career ladder, KPI-driven growth tracks, and a culture that trains stylists to think like scalp health practitioners, not just hairdressers. If you're the kind of stylist who reads ingredient labels, asks why a client's hair is behaving a certain way, and wants to keep learning past your license, you'll fit here.
