Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts,color blowouts, styling, hair extensions and weddings looks to meet each client's unique preferences. Apply hair color using advanced color theory principles to achieve vibrant, natural-looking results. Install and customize hair extensions for added length and volume, ensuring seamless blending and client satisfaction. Conduct hair treatments such as deep conditioning, scalp treatments, and keratin smoothing to promote healthy hair Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client needs, offering professional advice, and upselling retail products when appropriate Skills Proficiency in hair styling techniques for all hair types with an eye for current trends. Expertise in color theory to create customized color solutions that enhance client features. (optional ) Experience with hair extensions installation and maintenance for natural-looking results. Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
