Team:

Base pay $10.80 per hour, average is over $20.00 and up to $25.00 per hour including tips. Hourly pay bonus of up to $4.00 per hour each two week pay period for sales related performance. On-going (all paid!) education and training in store, on line through "Sport Clips University" and in person at a Sport Clips Training Center. Professional/personal growth and career opportunities. Advance to a position as keyholder/ closer or assistant manager with corresponding base pay increases of up to $1.00 per hour. Stability with a well established store (since 2012) and company (25+ years).
