Responsibilities Perform professional haircuts, color services, balayage, highlights, and styling Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards Recommend retail products and additional services Participate in ongoing education and training Qualifications Active Arizona Cosmetology License (required) Experience with cutting, coloring, and modern techniques Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Availability for evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits Earn either guaranteed base hourly pay OR commission — whichever is higher Commission structure based on experience and performance High walk-in traffic for strong earning potential Ongoing education and career growth opportunities Supportive and friendly salon environment
