We welcome both experienced, established barbers and newly licensed professionals who are eager to build their clientele and grow their careers. Our mission is to provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We strive to ensure every client leaves our shop feeling confident, refreshed, and completely satisfied. At SharpCutCo Barbering, we provide walk-in opportunities, online booking software, laundry services, and marketing support to help our barbers succeed. Plus, one of the exciting benefits we offer is four free weeks of rental to help you get started. Responsibilities and Duties Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for every client. Manage your personal schedule and maintain appointment bookings through our booking software. Assist with greeting clients and checking in appointments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times. Follow all sanitation, disinfection, and safety protocols in accordance with state regulations.
Participate in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the barbershop. Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and grooming styles. Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive shop culture. Qualifications Current California Barber License required.
Previous barbering experience is preferred, but newly licensed barbers are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with booking software, or willingness to learn. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
