About Hammer & Nails Hammer & Nails is not your typical barbershop or salon. We provide a premium grooming experience designed specifically for men, combining exceptional services, elevated hospitality, and a team culture focused on growth. As we continue to grow throughout the Sacramento region, we are seeking a licensed Barber or Cosmetologist to join our team as a Regional Rover Artist. This position is designed for high-performing artists who lead by example, demonstrate reliability, and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple locations. What You'll Do Deliver the Hammer & Nails Gold Standard Experience to every guest. Perform haircuts, beard services, and grooming services according to company standards. Support multiple Sacramento-area locations based on business needs. Build and maintain strong guest relationships. Promote memberships, retail products, and guest retention initiatives. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and California State Board compliance. Assist with staffing coverage, growth initiatives, and guest demand across multiple locations. Collaborate with artists, member concierges, and leadership teams to create an exceptional guest experience.

Gold Standard Experience Required Qualifications:
Active California Barber or Cosmetology License Reliable transportation Ability to travel between Roseville, Folsom, and Sacramento locations Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours as needed
