Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations. Use salon software like

to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling to boost client satisfaction and salon revenue. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves, and customer service excellence. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming services Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and current hair trends.
