Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair care and styling techniques, along with a flair for creativity and customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while ensuring client satisfaction and promoting additional services. Duties Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations. Utilize knowledge of color theory to recommend suitable hair colors and techniques to clients. Engage in retail sales by promoting products that enhance the client's hair care routine. Upsell additional services based on client preferences and needs. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best service possible. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations. Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment. A passion for beauty trends and continuous learning in the field.
