REQUIREMENTS

Must be a US citizen or permanent resident Must hold a current State of California Cosmetology License Must have a minimum 2-5 years of experience behind the chair Must be proficient in the latest color and cutting techniques (Optional) May have an existing local following of clients looking for a beautiful new salon to call home Must be available to work weekends, Saturday and/or Sunday Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
• Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and hair treatments.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following industry standards for sanitation.
• Utilize cosmetology and barbering skills to create trendy and personalized hairstyles for clients.
• Effectively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding of desired outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling to provide innovative services.
• Possess a Cosmetology License to perform services within legal requirements.
• Utilize premium skills such as hair extensions, color theory, and salon software to enhance service offerings.
• Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in all aspects of hair care and styling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless salon experience for clients.
