Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment areas in compliance with health regulations. Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Proven experience in management within a salon or med spa setting is highly desirable. Skilled in various beauty treatments including hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, straight razor shaving, tattooing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser procedures. Strong knowledge of color theory, hair threading techniques, and deep tissue massage is preferred. Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
