Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest services by greeting clients, assessing beauty service needs, and offering personalized recommendations. Perform core cosmetology services including nail care (basic pedicure and manicure), and tinting within sanitation and disinfection guidelines. Uphold sanitation standards, proper disinfection procedures, and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe, clean work environment. Build client relationships to encourage repeat visits, upsell relevant premium services and retail products. Maintain accurate client records, manage time efficiently, and stay current with industry trends such as color theory and extensions.
