With a rich history of over 25 years, Gamine Beauty has long been synonymous with delivering fantastic hair and phenomenal customer service. We operate on the philosophy of "Skill over Hype" , offering beautiful cutting and coloring that sets the standard in Los Angeles.

Compensation & Benefits:

As an employment salon, we offer competitive compensation:

Hourly Guarantee:

$20 per hour plus tips.

Commission Structure:

A sliding scale of commission that increases once your earnings begin to exceed the hourly rate. Senior Stylists have the potential to earn up to $100/hour with commission and tips.

Health Stipend:

We offer a healthcare stipend for full-time employees.

Additional Income:

Opportunities include commission for product sales, and income for training apprentice stylists, along with ongoing education.
