Commission Stylists & Booth Renters Murrieta Temecula Perris Are you a passionate hairstylist looking for more than just a chair? At The Vine Hair Salon & Academy, we're building a team of motivated beauty professionals who are committed to exceptional service, continuous education, and career growth. Whether you're an experienced stylist with an established clientele or a newly licensed cosmetologist ready to build your business, we provide the support, culture, and opportunities to help you succeed. What You'll Do- Deliver exceptional haircuts, color, styling, treatments, and finishing services customized to each guest.
- Perform specialty services including blonding, extensions, smoothing treatments, makeup, threading, lashes, and other beauty services based on your expertise.
- Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding customer care and personalized consultations.
- Recommend professional retail products that help clients maintain their results at home.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation that exceeds industry standards.
- Utilize salon software to manage appointments, client notes, and daily schedules.
- Collaborate with a positive, supportive team that values education and professionalism.
- Mentor and inspire newer stylists by sharing techniques, creativity, and industry knowledge. We're Looking For
- Current California Cosmetology License
- Passion for the beauty industry and ongoing education
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Experience with modern color techniques and haircutting preferred
- Retail sales experience is a plus
