We're looking for passionate, motivated hairstylists who love making clients feel confident while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Whether you're an experienced stylist or looking to take your career to the next level, we provide ongoing education, mentorship, marketing support, and opportunities to increase your income. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional guest experiences from consultation to finished style. Perform precision haircuts, blowouts, styling, coloring, blonding, balayage, highlights, gray coverage, and specialty color services. Provide hair extension services (preferred but not required). Recommend professional home-care products to help clients maintain healthy hair. Build and retain a loyal clientele through outstanding customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation that meets state board regulations. Manage appointments, client notes, and checkout using salon software. Collaborate with team members to create a positive, professional salon culture. Continue growing through advanced education and training opportunities. Qualifications Current California Cosmetology License. Strong haircutting and color application skills. Excellent communication and consultation abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and motivated to grow. Passion for continuing education and staying current on industry trends. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Preferred Skills Blonding and lived-in color techniques Balayage and foil work Hair extensions Retail sales experience Social media marketing Salon software experience (GlossGenius, MINDBODY, or similar) What We Offer Competitive commission structure or booth rental opportunities.
