YOUR DAY

As a Barber Instructor, you will step into a lively and inspiring classroom, ready to educate, motivate, mentor, and coach future professionals in both technical barbering and guest service skills. You will create extraordinary learning experiences, whether you are demonstrating cutting-edge techniques, guiding students through hands-on practice, or supporting their personal and professional growth. As a Barber Instructor, you will embody the positive culture of Paul Mitchell The School, working alongside enthusiastic colleagues, participating in team trainings, and taking part in engaging activities like student clubs, fashion shows, and community events.
