THE ROLE A

Cut Above the Rest We are looking for a highly skilled Master Barber & Men's Grooming Specialist who brings artistry, professionalism, and passion to every service. This is not a typical chair this is a platform for a true craftsman to thrive. The ideal candidate holds expertise in precision haircuts and styling and men's nail care, offering our clients a complete, head-to-toe luxury experience under one roof.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your Daily Craft Deliver precision haircuts, fades, tapers, and classic barbering techniques to a discerning, high-end clientele Perform men's hair styling, including texture treatments, blowouts, and pomade finishes Provide expert straight-razor shaves, beard sculpting, and hot towel treatments Execute professional men's manicures and pedicures with exceptional attention to hygiene and detail Offer personalized grooming consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client Maintain a spotless, organized, and welcoming workstation at all times Build lasting client relationships through genuine hospitality and consistent excellence Collaborate with the team to maintain The Perfect Gentleman standard of service Stay current with men's grooming trends, techniques, and premium product knowledge

WHAT WE REQUIRE

The Ideal Candidate Valid California Barber License and/or Cosmetology License in good standing (or Cosmetology License covering nail services) required Minimum 3 years of professional barbering experience in an upscale or luxury environment Demonstrated expertise in men's manicure and pedicure services Mastery of classic and contemporary men's cuts: fades, tapers, scissor work, and more Straight-razor shave proficiency and knowledge of proper sanitation protocolsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills you make every client feel like a VIP Professional presentation and a polished personal image aligned with our brand Reliable, punctual, and deeply committed to quality Bilingual skills a plus (English/Spanish).
