Key Job Responsibilities Deliver high-quality hair services including cutting, styling, and consulting with clients Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment Operate salon management and point-of-sale systems efficiently Build and maintain positive relationships with clients of all ages Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture Basic Qualifications Current state Cosmetology license Minimum 1 year of professional styling experience Proficiency in hair cutting and styling techniques Strong interpersonal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children Bilingual communication skills Portfolio demonstrating diverse styling expertise Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly rate with tips and commissions Signing bonus 401K retirement plan Flexible scheduling Supportive, creative work environment
