Job Summary We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team, providing customers with flawless haircuts and hairstyles and helping them to look their best! As a Hair Stylist, you will provide haircuts using basic and advanced techniques. You'll discuss the best products and hairstyles for each individual client's needs and preferences. Most importantly, you will make it your goal to ensure that every customer leaves our salon feeling great about their new style and happy with the services you provided. Responsibilities Provide expert haircuts, coloring, and styling services to clients. Deliver personalized consultations to ensure client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and Aveda techniques. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Create and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Qualifications Experience with Aveda products and techniques is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills.
