for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations Offer professional advice on hair care products, retail items, and upselling opportunities to boost salon revenue Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling payments using retail math skills Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative salon atmosphere Experience Proven experience as a hairstylist with an existing loyal client base Knowledge of hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles Skilled in hair extensions application, straight razor shaving, and makeup application Familiarity with salon management tools such as MINDBODY or similar salon software Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Experience in retail sales and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering is required; additional training in nail care, eyelash extensions, or advanced styling is a plus Join our energetic team where your talent is celebrated!
