Our team is diverse and through their talent and team work, we accomplished so many milestones in our industry. This is a hip, moderen and team driven enviorment, it thrives on relationships and shared values. Salon Assistants are required to be licensed through the State Board of California Our assistants are trained through our robust in house training program. We utilize Sassoon based education along with Davines color education. Our educators are master stylist that are trained to teach new and advance students/stylist. Our assistant team is very team driven and work closely with the team and stylist. Assistants at Salon on 30th are required to attend training and utilize the education provided to help assist stylist and clients. This position requires you to be outgoing, team driven, hard working and take feedback on improvements. Salon Assistants are a vital part of the team that help maintain the salon, clean and prepare stations for guest, assist stylist throughout their shifts and ensure our team is supported.
