As a key member of our salon, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in at the front desk using salon management software VAGARO. Support stylists with hair styling, hair washing, client scheduling, and guest accomodations to enhance client satisfaction. Prepare workstations by sanitizing tools and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Assist with retail sales by upselling hair care products, makeup items, and retail math calculations to maximize revenue opportunities. Manage appointment scheduling, client flow, and follow-up communications to ensure an efficient salon experience. Support store management with inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the salon. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Experience Cosmetology license required. Familiarity with salon software platforms such as VAGARO or similar systems is a plus. Knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and proper use of tools will be advantageous. Strong communication skills are vital for effective teamwork and client interactions. Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques will help maximize revenue opportunities. Basic understanding of retail math for product pricing and inventory management is beneficial. A proactive attitude towards mentoring new team members and supporting store management will contribute to your success.
