You'll Need:

Valid California cosmetology/barber license Minimum 2 years experience behind the chair Clear, kind, and timely communication (in person and in writing) Strong time management and reliability A drive for ongoing education Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Comfort working independently and collaboratively Solid reading, writing, and computer skills, including Google Suite Bonus if you have: Vagaro POS experience Retail sales experience Training in extensions, dreadlocks, or braids Creative/vivid color experience
