Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of stylists, barbers, estheticians, and support staff to deliver outstanding service. Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, client appointments, and front desk duties. Ensure all team members adhere to sanitation standards and safety protocols to maintain a clean and compliant environment. Promote retail sales through upselling and product knowledge, including hair extensions, nail care products, and makeup items. Mentor team members by providing training on hair coloring techniques, hair styling, eyelash extensions, threading, and other beauty services. Utilize salon software such as

MINDBODY

for appointment booking, client management, and sales tracking. Foster excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while building lasting relationships. Support store management in inventory control, retail math accuracy, and achieving sales goals. Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in hair styling, coloring, barbering (including straight razor use), and makeup application. Strong knowledge of salon software systems like MINDBODY or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead a team with effective communication skills and mentoring capabilities. Familiarity with sanitation practices specific to cosmetology services such as hair threading, eyelash extensions, and nail care. Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring techniques and retail sales strategies including upselling. Experience managing front desk operations or store management responsibilities is preferred.
