Senior Hairstylist Code Salon is looking for an experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our team. We're looking for a talented, confident stylist who wants to grow within a busy, elevated salon environment. Whether you're rebuilding your clientele, already have a partial book, or are fully established and looking for a new salon home, we're open to creating a structure that makes sense for you. Who This Position Is For We're open to Senior Stylists at different stages of their career: No existing clientele: Join our team on commission and build your book through salon-generated clientele, marketing, referrals, and new client opportunities.

Partial clientele:

Bring your existing clients while continuing to grow your book through the salon on a commission structure.

Established/full clientele:

Join on commission with a structure appropriate for an established stylist, or explore a station rental arrangement if you prefer greater independence. What We're Looking For Established experience working behind the chair Strong technical skills in cutting and/or color Confidence performing consultations and creating customized looks Excellent client experience and communication skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Passion for continuing education and staying current with techniques and trends Ability to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism Experience in specialties such as blonding, balayage, dimensional color, grey blending, extensions, textured/curly hair, precision cutting, or corrective color is a plus.
