This hands-on training program provides emerging professionals with the education, mentorship, and real-world salon experience needed to deliver exceptional client service, grow a loyal clientele, and transition into a successful Hair Stylist or Barber role. Associates will receive advanced technical training, business development coaching, and marketing support while working alongside experienced educators and salon professionals. Responsibilities Successfully complete the Associate Program and progress into a Hair Stylist or Barber position. Maintain an active cosmetology or barber license. Attend and prepare for all required educational classes, workshops, and training sessions. Participate in hands-on technical training with salon Educators and Shampoo Assistants. Learn and implement salon systems related to service sales, retail recommendations, and client pre-booking goals. Deliver exceptional guest experiences by recommending add-on services and professional retail products tailored to client needs. Develop confidence in building and retaining clientele through referrals and relationship-building techniques. Collaborate with the marketing team to build your personal brand and promote your work on Instagram and social media platforms. Participate in salon events, community outreach, and Open Houses to attract and engage new clients. Complete required model services to strengthen consultation skills, technical execution, and service timing. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license
