Personalized consultations, meticulous cleanliness, teamwork, mutual respect, pride, professionalism, upscale style, and fun are all pillars of our environment at Thrive Hair Bar. Requirements You must be a licensed cosmetologist or licensed natural hair stylist/braider in DC You must commit to four, 8 hour training sessions over two weeks during probation Pay Guaranteed Hourly Pay$ for new hires during probationary period or a $500 sign-on bonus as a commission-only hire Service commission + retail commission + tips Complimentary training is provided for all team members
