• Duties
• Deliver a wide range of hair services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and hair extensions tailored to client needs.
• Perform specialized treatments including eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application to elevate client satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulations.
• Utilize salon software (meevo) for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
• Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and cosmetics to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and handling payments efficiently.
• Mentor junior staff or apprentices to foster skill development within the team.
• Requirements
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with proven experience in hair styling and grooming techniques
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and salon safety protocols. xkmhxrz
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to maximize revenue

Pay:

$22.56 - $27.17 per hour
