Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating an inviting and professional environment Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as MINDBODY, ensuring efficient flow of clients Answer phone calls promptly, assisting with inquiries, bookings, and service information Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the front area, including tools like straight razors and eyelash extension supplies Upsell retail products such as hair extensions, hair care items, and makeup products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Support store management with daily operations, inventory tracking, and retail math calculations Assist with client check-in/out processes, including retail sales and service payments Skills Strong customer service and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members Knowledge of salon software systems like INSIGHT for scheduling and client management Familiarity with hair styling techniques, color theory, hair extensions and hair care is a plus Ability to handle sanitation procedures diligently Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities Basic understanding of store management principles to support daily operations effectively Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in appointment coordination and record keeping Ability to mentor new team members and foster a collaborative environment Join us here at Tangle Me Knot in delivering top-tier salon experiences!
