Deliver precision haircuts, styling, and blowouts that maintain the salon's reputation for "chic and effortless" beauty. Educate guests on professional home-care regimens using our luxury retail brands to maintain hair integrity. Qualifications Valid Florida Cosmetology License (Required). Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Colorist with a strong portfolio of work. Expertise in modern techniques (e.g., hand-painted balayage, foliage, shadow roots, and precision cutting ). A "client-first" mentality with exceptional communication and customer service skills . A desire to grow within a luxury salon environment.
