We're a luxury natural hair studio focused on healthy hair, professionalism, and empowerment. Stylists set their own hours, build their clientele, and earn 75% commission per service — no booth rental required. Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional hair services including braids, locs, extensions, silk presses, and treatments Consult with clients to understand their needs and deliver desired results Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation Promote healthy hair care practices and product recommendations Deliver an exceptional client experience with professionalism and consistency Manage appointments and client communications using the salon's booking system Work collaboratively with other stylists to maintain a positive team atmosphere Follow all salon safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines
