Requirements:

Minimum 3 years behind-the-chair experience and a valid Florida cosmetology license Strong communication and customer service skills Confident in consultations, color services, cutting, and styling Team-player mentality Positive attitude and drama-free professionalism Reliable, self-motivated, and passionate about the beauty industry

Assist clients with retail product recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their salon experience. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently.
