Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace by adhering to strict sanitation standards and proper store management practices. Utilize salon software such as

for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing client records efficiently. Offer personalized consultations on color theory, hair care routines, and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Upsell retail products related to hair care, skincare, and beauty accessories to boost sales and improve client results. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Support front desk operations when needed by assisting with check-ins, answering questions about services or products, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Mentor newer team members or apprentices in techniques such as straight razor shaves or advanced styling methods to foster professional growth within the salon community. Experience Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming techniques. Proven expertise in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of color theory and sanitation practices to ensure safe and high-quality services. Experience using salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and retail sales tracking. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and build lasting relationships. Background in retail sales or upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities through product recommendations.
