Duties Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and texturing services tailored to each client's preferences and features. Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and upcoming promotions or upselling opportunities Support store management with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and handling inquiries professionally. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of diverse services performed Familiarity with sanitation protocols specific to cosmetology practices including sterilization of tools and implements used in hair cutting,coloring or barbering Strong communication skills for effective client consultation, understanding individual needs, and delivering personalized service Ability to maintain excellent customer service standards.
