Hairstylist

Salon 80 West is looking for a talented, professional, and motivated Hairstylist to join our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, provides excellent client care, and is excited to grow in a supportive salon environment.

Responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality hair services including cuts, color, highlights, blowouts, styling, treatments, and consultations Creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for every client Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Recommending professional products and aftercare to clients Managing appointment timing and communicating clearly with clients and team members Staying current on trends, techniques, and continuing education Supporting the salon team and contributing to a respectful, collaborative work environment Building and maintaining strong client relationships Ideal candidate: Has a valid cosmetology license Has salon experience and confidence behind the chair Is professional, reliable, and punctual Has strong communication and customer service skills Is passionate about hair, beauty, and client satisfaction Works well independently and as part of a team Is motivated to build clientele and grow within the salon

Pay:

From $70,000.00 per year
